Land buyers and owners often see one headline price without knowing whether it includes excavation, agency attendance, review, design, or permits. This site makes those boundaries visible before a quote request.
What we are not.
We are not a health department, engineering firm, soil evaluator, septic designer, installer, legal adviser, or real-estate adviser. The lookup does not evaluate land or issue approvals.
How corrections work.
Every local record includes an official source and check date. If an agency changes its fee or terminology, the record should be corrected or removed until it can be verified.
